BACKGROUNDER

N.P1  5 Dong is a U.S.Army (US-MAAG) propaganda note which was issued during the TET Offensive in an operation known as "Operation Bogus Money" per MASSIMILIIANO Valota .

Propaganda notes N.P2 and N.P3 are similar except for text colour and series letters. They are thought to be imitations of Communist Treasury Bonds.

N.300 and N.302 appear to differ only in the picture of President Thieu and a slightly different back colour. Which one came first - I'm guessing N.300?
